1. Operator and acceptance
These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Next PAL Innovations, CVR 26762138, Salamanderparken 209, 8260 Viby J, Denmark, the operator of CollectLeague.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the CollectLeague platform, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the minimum age required for the service in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. CollectLeague service
CollectLeague is an online platform for collectors. It supports collection management, stories, films, exhibitions, provenance, valuations, community, connections, clubs and events, wishlists, discovery, and trading-related features. Specific features may be released gradually and are subject to their own in-product terms or settings.
4. Your content ownership and necessary service licence
You retain ownership of the collection data, images, and other content you upload. You grant CollectLeague a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, process, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You may not upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
5. Privacy and visibility controls
You control the visibility of your profile, collections, and content through in-product privacy settings. Public content may be visible to and accessed by other members. Private content is visible only to you and those you explicitly authorise. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Community conduct
You may use CollectLeague only for lawful purposes. You may not harass, impersonate, spam, or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content. CollectLeague may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Provenance and valuation disclaimer
Provenance and valuation features are provided as a record-keeping and community aid. They do not constitute an official appraisal, authentication, or legal representation of authenticity or value. Always consult qualified professionals for formal valuation or authentication.
8. Trading and marketplace terms
Any trading, marketplace, trade-room, or user-to-user transaction features are provided as a platform. CollectLeague is not a party to user-to-user transactions unless explicitly stated. Specific trade terms, fees, and settlement mechanics will be presented before any such features go live.
9. CollectLeague intellectual property
The CollectLeague name, logos, branding, software, and non-user content are the property of Next PAL Innovations or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law or with express authorisation.
10. Third-party services
The service may integrate with third parties, such as Google Workspace for transactional email. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
11. Availability and security
CollectLeague aims to maintain reliable and secure service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We implement technical and organisational security measures, including encrypted TOTP secrets and hashed session credentials, but no system is completely secure.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or for other reasons consistent with our account status workflow. Members may also request account deletion through the product.
13. Export and deletion
Signed-in members may request an export of their data and deletion of their account through the product privacy endpoints. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, or security reasons in accordance with applicable law.
14. Liability and disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law and without limiting any mandatory consumer rights, Next PAL Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or an equivalent amount for free accounts.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Danish governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction of residence.
